Responsibilities:
- Oversee project management, cultivating productive, professional, and profitable relationships with key personnel and clients in assigned projects.
- Coordinate with various organizational departments, including support, service, and technology, to effectively manage resources and ensure the seamless functioning of client accounts.
- Take charge of client receivables, planning, and executing monthly retention initiatives.
- Document all client requests and comments, ensuring timely feedback and follow-up actions for client escalations/queries.
- Maintain a positive, motivational, and proactive attitude, especially in challenging circumstances.
- Achieve strategic customer objectives and execute account plans as defined by company management.
- Lead solution development efforts that effectively address customer needs, coordinating necessary actions and keeping the internal team consistently updated.
- Maintain a consistent schedule of online meetings with clients to manage performance objectives, customer expectations, and continuously assess customer needs.
Requirements :

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical project management.
- Candidates must have proficiency in both Project Management and Technical Skills.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Showcase strong relationship-building skills across internal, external, and cross-cultural contexts.
- Have relevant experience in Scrum Master and Agile Methodologies.
- Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to international clients.
