- Strong understanding of eCommerce transaction tickets and query resolution processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with emphasis on customer engagement in IT/E-commerce settings
- Proficient in CRM tools, ticketing systems, and basic reporting software
- Comfortable working in a rotational shift schedule
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Patient, empathetic, and proactive in resolving customer issues
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced IT service environment
- Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
