Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the current IT market trends and technologies.
- Maintain flexible work schedule and be readily available for calls when needed
- Organizing and maintaining documents, reports, and records
- Work on presentations and data as required
- Coordination of internal and external events
- Assist in a broad variety of administrative tasks
- Coordinating travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations
- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders
Requirements :
- MBA/Bachelor’s degree in IT background
- Good verbal and written communication
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the IT industry, including current market trends and technologies
- Strong organizational, problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
- Highly process driven and should be well organized
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
