Creative BioMart

We are pleased to invite Xinyan Zhang, Principal Scientist and Sr. Project Manager at Creative BioMart, to present an in-depth look at our advanced membrane protein expression, purification, and structural analysis platform. In this webinar, Dr. Zhang will introduce Creative BioMart’s integrated platform designed to overcome the challenges in membrane protein production. The platform supports expression in various systems including bacterial, yeast, insect, mammalian, and cell-free systems, followed by detergent-based solubilization and purification. Additionally, we offer reconstitution of proteins into native-like environments such as proteoliposomes, nanodiscs, and virus-like particles (VLPs). The session will highlight successful case studies, including the purification of full-length transmembrane proteins like CCR6 and CCR8, preserving their ligand-binding activity.
