- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, channel development, and networking within eCommerce domains
- Prior involvement in B2B and B2C eCommerce projects preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored for IT and eCommerce clients
- Ability to identify, approach, and onboard new affiliate or distribution partners effectively
- Proficient in reporting tools and data analysis for tracking performance
- Comfortable working in a rotational shift schedule
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Self-motivated, proactive, and strong problem-solving abilities
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a collaborative team spirit
