The successful candidate will have diverse IT project experience, both large and small, and must be well-versed in the full systems development life cycle, strategic information planning, business process re-engineering, and management practices. The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall performance and success of the project including, but not limited to the day-to-day management of engineering tasks within the program, deliverables, customer relations, internal reporting, and risk management.
Sr.Business Development Executive with at least 2 years experience in USA, Australia, Europe or Canada markets. A proven track record in selling software development services to mid-tier companies in the western markets. Experienced in interacting with decision makers of companies, such as CEOs, Directors, and President etc. (Excellent English Communication is a MUST) Must have good negotiation skills, in order to convince heads of companies for an online or face to face appointment. Drafting Proposals & Agreements by analysing clients business/functional requirements & create business proposals. Experienced in generating own leads preferred. Should be able to Identify and suggest innovative business development and sales strategies. Experience in working on various campaigns would be a great advantage. Flexibility to adapt to market time-zones (US - Night Shifts, Australia - Early Morning Shifts Preferred Skills 3-5 years experience in ITES.
